There are three main schools of counselling and psychotherapy, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred and Psychodynamic Therapy. My service integrates these therapies to offer a flexible service, which is tailored to your needs.

Regular counselling can help you to identify and deal with apparent and deep seeded personal problems. As a professional counsellor, I can also help to reduce stress, providing you with the opportunity to open up and share your feelings and inner-most thoughts in a confidential and non-judgemental atmosphere.

This will allow you to explore emotional problems and issues leading to understanding, acceptance and empowerment. Unravel your own personal life experiences and develop better ways of coping, so you can start living the life you deserve.
